Part of Pulitzer-Prize winning writer Lanford Wilson’s celebrated Talley Trilogy, Fifth of July is a powerful yet humorous play about post-Vietnam war disillusionment and a generation still searching for meaning and direction. Set in rural Missouri, over the course of two days, long standing resentments and disappointments are aired as the characters struggle to find meaning and redemption.
