CVLT’s brightens you holiday reason with a streaming encore of the Tony Award winning “Annie” from our Main Stage (winter 2019 production). This beloved musical follows Annie (Brigitte Edwards), a plucky Depression-era orphan in New York. With the help of wealthy industrialist Oliver Warbucks (Eric Oswald), she escapes from the orphanage run by scheming Miss Hannigan (Jessica Hirsh) to search for her parents. The show features classic songs like “Tomorrow,” “It’s The Hard Knock Life,” and “Easy Street.” Director Michael J. Rogan’s cast of 40 performers includes parents and children from many local families, with musical direction by Lynne Provance and choreography by Jen Justice.
