Written by and starring Anna Aubry ’21, and directed by Clara Zucker ’22, the Oberlin Theater Department is proud to present FUNNY GIRL. In this one-woman play and senior capstone, ANNA delves into childhood moments to answer the question she is desperate to solve: when did she start being so scared of everything? As her own narrative begins to unravel at the seams, ANNA realizes that she uses comedy as a tool of power, personal control, and to process trauma.
