A 19 year old is on trial for the murder of his father. 12 jurors assemble to determine his fate. At first it seems that a verdict of guilty is obvious, but one hold out juror makes all the difference as the jury re-examines, re-enacts and re-thinks their first impressions. The play is about more than guilt or innocence. It is about the 12 people in that room whose perspectives and prejudices reveal themselves.
